Group lauds NEDC MD over N31 trillion master plan for NorthEast
....urges FG to adopt, implement plan for development of subregion

A group under the auspices of North East Elders and Youth Peoples Forum has commended the Managing Director and Chief Executive of the North-East Development Commission (NEDC) Mohammed Goni Alkali for producing a 10-year North East Stabilisation and Development Master Plan (NESDMP) aimed at facilitating a transformative growth of the subregion and lifting citizens in the region out of poverty.
Chairman of the group, Salihu Magaji who was flanked by his Secretary Lawal Abdullahi, urged the federal government, on Monday, to key into the plan of NEDC in order to fast track development of the subregion.
