Toddler flogged to death, Delta Govt calls for calm
The Delta government has issued a statement regarding the incident of a toddler flogged to death by teacher.

Following the outcry surrounding the death of a youngster who was flogged by a teacher, the Delta government has appealed to the public for calm.
According to the Nigerian News Agency (NAN), Master Obinna Udeze, a 19-month-old toddler, died as a result of injuries received after being allegedly flogged by Mr Emeka Nwogbo, 24.
Mr Charles Aniagwu, the Delta Commissioner for Information, told reporters in Asaba on Monday that the state administration is committed to ensuring justice for the murdered toddler.
